Harriet is a project manager specialising in digital, technology and business change initiatives, helping organisations move from plan to delivery with clarity and confidence.

She works with organisations navigating change and complex delivery, providing structured, hands-on project management that keeps initiatives on track and aligned to outcomes.

PRINCE2 qualified, she brings experience across a range of organisations, from startups through to global enterprises, supporting the successful execution of complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Her work focuses on creating structure, maintaining momentum and ensuring that projects stay aligned to both timelines and outcomes.

Harriet has delivered large-scale, technology-enabled programmes, including managing the production of 36 virtual reality simulations for a global coaching initiative with Dell, recognised with an award for AI innovation. She has also overseen the localisation and translation of digital content across markets, navigating cultural and operational complexity to deliver consistent, high-quality outputs.

Alongside her work in technology and transformation, Harriet brings experience in communications and event delivery, including leading social media for TEDxPorthtowanWomen, a landmark 2026 event that sold out six weeks in advance.
