Her experience spans financial services, fintech, travel, hospitality and professional services, working across the UK, EMEA, Middle East and Asia.
Jo specialises in driving commercial effectiveness at scale, aligning people, processes and performance frameworks to improve ROI and deliver sustainable growth. She has led large, multi-country sales organisations, built global sales performance functions and implemented structured approaches to targeting, pipeline management, incentives and capability development.
Her work is grounded in measurable outcomes. She has consistently delivered improvements in revenue growth, conversion rates, sales productivity and cost efficiency, including leading £200m+ revenue targets, improving ROI across EMEA sales functions, and delivering significant uplifts in pipeline performance and new business generation.
More recently, Jo has worked as a commercial optimisation consultant, partnering with organisations across sectors including real estate, hospitality and construction. She supports leadership teams to design and embed commercial transformation programmes spanning culture, structure, systems, talent and performance management.
Alongside her consulting work, Jo brings experience in global project delivery within the wellness, hospitality and travel sectors, supporting organisations to define strategy, build propositions and execute go-to-market plans.
