Lisa Ojomoh is a leadership and performance consultant, facilitator and executive coach who works with leaders and teams navigating growth, complexity and change. With over 25 years of experience across commercial leadership, consulting and coaching, she helps organisations strengthen leadership capability, align teams around strategic priorities and translate ambition into sustained performance.Over the past decade she has partnered with global organisations including GE Healthcare, Dell, Lenovo, Fujitsu and Adobe, designing and delivering leadership and performance programmes across EMEA, North America & APAC. Alongside programme design and facilitation, she has delivered more than 2,000 hours of executive and senior leader coaching, supporting leaders to build confidence, resilience and leadership impact.

Lisa combines behavioural insight with strong commercial credibility. Before moving into consulting she held senior commercial leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry, leading regional teams in highly competitive environments. This experience gives her a deep understanding of the pressures leaders face and enables her to work with them in a practical, grounded way.
