Her work focuses on building the systems, teams and operational frameworks that enable commercial performance at scale, translating strategy into execution through data, process and disciplined delivery.
Nicola is particularly experienced in creating and leading sales operations functions in complex, multi-market environments. She has built high-performing teams, established governance and reporting frameworks, and developed enablement structures that improve forecasting accuracy, sales effectiveness and consistency across regions.
