She has held senior leadership and board-level roles within high-growth, investor-backed businesses, most notably as Group Sales Director at Igloo Vision, where she played a key role in transforming the organisation from a regional events business into a global, software-led technology company. Her experience spans early-stage ventures through to international organisations, working across the UK, US, Canada and Australia.
Pippa specialises in helping organisations translate ambition into structured, scalable commercial models. She works with founders, leadership teams and investors to define clear value propositions, strengthen sales capability and implement the processes, systems and behaviours required to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
She is particularly experienced in building and leading high-performing sales teams, designing sales processes and customer journeys, and implementing CRM and performance frameworks that improve consistency and predictability. Her work combines strategic insight with hands-on delivery, ensuring that change is both practical and embedded.
