We design the smallest persona or knowledge system that can answer a defined user need. Source boundaries, disclosure rules and expected behaviour are documented before the interface is polished.
Testing includes accuracy, provenance, permission failure, ambiguity and inappropriate disclosure. The human owner remains accountable for the process and for deciding when the system is ready to expand.
